These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store with accessories for animals. By using our website, users agree to comply with the following conditions.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding and performing sales contracts, as well as the rules for returns, complaints, and the protection of personal data.
1.3. A Client of the store may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit with legal capacity.
1.4 To use the store, the following are required: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active e-mail account.
2.1. Client – a person making purchases in the online store.
2.2. Consumer – a Client who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2.3. Seller/Administrator – Daria Bullmann, operating the online store.
2.4. Terms and Conditions – this document.
2.5. Goods/Product – a movable item offered for sale in the online store or a digital product.
10.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments shall come into force within the period indicated by the Seller, but not less than 7 days from publication on the store’s website.
10.3. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions do not affect the rights acquired by Clients prior to their entry into force.

7.1. The Seller is liable to the Client for physical and legal defects of purchased products in accordance with the warranty provisions contained in the Civil Code..

7.3. A complaint should include the Client’s data, a description of the defect, and the Client’s request.
7.4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the Client of the decision.
6.1. A Client who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2. The rules for returns, exchanges, and exceptions to the right of withdrawal are described in the Returns and Exchange Policy available on the store’s website.
6.3. To withdraw from the contract, the Client should submit a declaration and return the product to the following address: 08-443 Dziecinów, Dziecinów 185.
5.1. Delivery of goods is carried out within Poland, EU countries, and worldwide.

5.3. Delivery costs are indicated when placing an order and may depend on the payment method and delivery option.
5.4. The delivery time is usually up to 10 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
4.1. All prices listed in the online store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. The Client may choose the following payment methods:

online payment via a payment operator (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24, ApplePay, etc.).

3.1. Orders can be placed via the store’s website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
3.2. To place an order, the Client selects a product, adds it to the cart, and then proceeds to the order form.
3.3. To successfully place an order, the Client must provide the data necessary to process the order.
3.4. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Client confirms the order and it is accepted by the Seller.
